Cultivating Terraformation : Propagating agronomic empowerment through agricultural waste transformation in the farming corridor of Ofcolaco, Limpopo.

Cultivating Terraformation delves into the interconnected lives of the farm, farmer, and farm worker within Ofcolaco, Limpopo. Rooted in colonial history, the land is now undergoing restoration. This thesis envisions unity between the three entities, forging a beacon of renewal and equality in agriculture. It seeks to dismantle the generational cycle of inequality by fostering a relationship where landowners and laborers are equal participants in development and empowerment.

Central to this is material activism, where agricultural waste transforms into sustainable resources, symbolizing environmental care and social upliftment. The thesis reimagines a post-apartheid farming industry, healing old divisions and paving the way for a future of unity, resilience, and shared progress.
