Main Idea of UDF: Safer Neighbourhood with Cultural facilities & a Food Economy

The framework is an overview of the whole neighbourhood and how we intend on changing the neighbourhood where speed bumps are introduced, and the streets are now tar/gravel to help with easy mobility for vehicles.

New developments such as the cultural centre and market along the street help improve on the neighbourhood’s economy and enhance the culture in Dan village. A cultural centre will help with early childhood development and teach other people on the cultural practices and rituals performed in the village.

Infrastructure is an important aspect in every neighbourhood therefore bringing in better infrastructure will help improve on access and mobility around the village. This will help in reducing the speeds for cars to help the cattle cross the road and for people going to the food economy shops to cross easily.

Open green spaces will also be used for vegetation will help the village in growing their food markets as well as will help create a culture of farming in the village.
